The Ombudsman promotes and protects fairness in the delivery of government services.  If you believe you have been treated unfairly, we may investigate, mediate or suggest other ways to solve the problem.  We are neutral and will look at the complaint from all sides.

The Information and Privacy Commissioner (IPC) provides an independent review of the decisions and practices of public bodies concerning access and privacy.  If you have a concern about how a public body in Yukon has handled an access to information request or a privacy matter, you can contact the IPC.  We can review, mediate or investigate your concern.
