News Release - Ombudsman Comments on Proposed Public Interest Disclosure of Wrongdoing Act

WHITEHORSE – The Ombudsman issued her comments today on the proposed approach to Public Interest Disclosure of Wrongdoing (whistleblower) legislation in Yukon as was contained in the Information Package issued last month by the Public Service Commission. The focus of the Ombudsman’s comments is on the approach proposed in the Information Package to remedy a reprisal.
