Every day, the Yukon government makes decisions and provides services that affect people’s lives. If you believe that a territorial government decision or process is unfair, you may complain to the Ombudsman. We will listen and outline your options. We may also investigate your complaint or suggest other ways to solve your problem.
Information & Privacy Commissioner
Access to information and privacy are two sides of the same coin. Both are equally important. Our office works to make Yukon public bodies more accountable to citizens and to protect personal privacy. If you have an issue with how the territorial government or other public bodies in Yukon have handled an access to information or privacy matter, you may contact us. We can review the matter or may investigate your concern.
